kmodals is a lightweight JavaScript library designed to help developers create beautiful, responsive, and highly customizable modal windows with ease. Its browser builds include the sanitization layer they need, so there is nothing extra to install at runtime.
You can start by checking our documentation or trying out the playground to see how the library works in real-time.
No framework is required. kmodals is written in vanilla JavaScript, and the distributed browser builds bundle DOMPurify for safe HTML rendering, so consumers do not need to install it separately.
Yes. Your license grants perpetual use of the major version purchased and includes every minor and patch update in that release line. A kmodals 4 license includes all 4.x updates.
You keep using kmodals and receiving 4.x updates with no recurring charge. Bug, security, account, and download issues remain welcome. Hands-on implementation, code review, and guaranteed response times can be arranged separately.
The included onboarding period covers installation, documented integration questions, and reproducible product issues.
During that period you can submit tickets from your dashboard. Product bug and security reports can always be sent by email; custom implementation work is quoted separately.
Each license is unique and independent. We do not currently offer a direct upgrade path by paying the difference between plans. If you need a different license tier, it must be purchased separately.
Yes. kmodals is designed to be accessible and doesn't interfere with your site's SEO. Modals are only added to the DOM when needed or are hidden correctly when not in use.
Yes. kmodals is framework-independent and manages its DOM under document.body. Create instances from client-side lifecycle code and keep the returned instance when cleanup is needed. The integration guide explains the pattern without claiming framework-specific wrappers.
Extremely. Every element of the modal can be styled via CSS variables or by passing custom classes. You have full control over the animations, overlays, and content layout.
