kmodals Commercial License

"The Software" refers to the kmodals library, including all source code, assets, and documentation provided.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE
The licensor grants the licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, perpetual license to use the Software within the developer limit of the purchased plan. The license remains valid for the licensed major version unless terminated because these terms are breached.

The Software may be used in unlimited personal and commercial projects, client work, and SaaS applications. End users and clients may use the resulting applications without purchasing their own license, provided they do not receive the Software as a reusable or standalone library.

2. UPDATES AND SUPPORT
The purchase includes all minor and patch updates released for the licensed major version. A license for version 4 includes updates in the 4.x release line; a future major version may require a separate purchase.

Thirty days of onboarding support are included from the purchase date. Onboarding support covers installation, documented integration questions, and reproducible product issues. Bug and security reports remain welcome after that period. Custom implementation, code review, training, and guaranteed response times are not included unless agreed separately in writing.

3. RESTRICTIONS
- You may not redistribute the Software as a standalone product or reusable library.
- You may not share, sublicense, resell, publish, or distribute the Software itself to people outside the developer limit of the purchased plan.
- You may not use the Software to create a product whose primary purpose is to compete with or redistribute kmodals.
- You may not use the Software in violation of applicable laws.

4. TERMINATION
This license terminates automatically if the licensee materially breaches these terms and does not remedy the breach after notice. On termination, all copies of the Software must be deleted. Applications lawfully distributed before termination may continue to be used by their end users.

5. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

7. GOVERNING LAW
This license is governed by Spanish law. Mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rules remain unaffected. Where the parties may validly choose jurisdiction, disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Pontevedra, Spain.
